You might wanna make a deal with them? lol for instance, you can tell them that if they dont eat them, they cant watch TV. that helps!

my mom would make me eat them. wasn't allowed to leave the table until I did. or I'd lose tv privileged, no matter how old I was lol

The munchkin is 11 and I still have to barter with him to get him to eat his veggies. I am happy that he is more open to trying things now, because we have a deal that if he absolutely hates something he has never had before he doesn't have to eat it as long as he tries it. That rule does not apply to all veggies, though just the new stuff.

i started young, whenever i noticed my daughter did not want a certain veggie, i would turn that veggie into the main component of my food for a week and that is how now, my 4 year old daughter eats EVERYTHING i put on her plate:)
